Learning Objectives
The aim of the course is to provide course participants with the requisite Work-At-Height knowledge so they can perform their Work-At-Height activities properly and safely. At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
- Identify relevant workplace safety & health (WSH) regulations / Approved Code Of Practice / Singapore Standards applicable to Work-At-Height roles and responsibilities.
- Identify Work-At-Height hazards and preventive measures related to Work-At-Height.
- Demonstrate the understanding of use and care for the various fall arrest systems and equipment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration is based on a first-come-first-served basis. To confirm the registration, payment of the course fees must be made before the commencement date. QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline a trainee from attending the class at its sole discretion.
Certificate / safety pass shall be issued within 7 days from the course completion date.
No certificate / safety pass will be issued unless full payment is received by QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd before the course ends. An email notification will be sent once the Safety pass is ready for collection. Uncollected certificate/card within 3 months from the date of email notification will be destroyed. An administrative charge apply to re-printing of replacement certificate at $50 safety pass at $30/-. (Police report is required for lost certificate/card case.)
Trainee is reminded to attend class punctually. Full course fees will still be imposed if the trainee does not attend the class without prior notice.
Notice of replacement or withdrawal must be made in writing to QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd subjected to the following:
1. No administrative charge if notice of replacement reaches QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd at least 3 working days before the course commencement date. Replacement of trainee is allowed only once.
2. 90% refund of course fees if notice of withdrawal reaches QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd at least 2 weeks before the course commencement date.
3. 75% refund of course fees if notice of withdrawal reaches QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd less than 2 weeks but more than 3 working days before the course commencement date.
4. No refund of course fees if notice of withdrawal reaches QMT Industrial & Safety Pte Ltd 2 working days or less before the course commencement date. |
